Take the sliced almonds and place in mini chopper.
Pulse the mini chopper till almonds are chopped medium to fine grade. Do not over chop or you will have almond butter (like peanut butter)
Combine almonds, bread crumbs, basil, celery salt, onion, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, pepper in a bowl and mix with a spoon.
Melt the butter and get a basting brush.
Place 3-5 spoonful of Nut/crumb mixture in bottom of the pan.
Place chicken in pan.
Take melted butter and brush on chick. You will not use all butter at this point.
Take the Nut/Crumb mixture and cover the chicken.
Take remaining butter and pour evenly over chicken/nut/crumb.
Place the chicken covered in over for 15 minutes.
Then uncover and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take chick and cut into it to see if cooked thoroughly.
If not cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Cook times may vary due to the size of chicken breasts, if large breast increase covered time by 10-15 minutes.
