Place pie crust into tart pan or pie pan and bake per instruction on the box. When the crust is finished baking, set it aside to cool.
Take cream cheese and heat in microwave till soft. Stir carefully not to burn ones self.
Add powdered sugar and stir till smooth.
Add Nutmeg and vanilla and stir till combined.
Set aside for later assembly of tart.
In small pot over medium heat add blueberries and water and sugar, stirring carefully not to damage blueberries.
When mixture begins to simmer add whipping cream. Then through sifter add the cornstarch slowly (don’t want to have lumps) stirring consistently
When mixture thickens take off heat and add vanilla.
Set mixture aside for assembly.
To assemble the tart, take the cooled pie crust and add the cream cheese mixture to bottom on the pie crust.
Now take the Blueberry mixture and spoon blueberry sauce over the cream cheese, getting more berries the liquid, some liquid ok. You can use remaining liquid as ice cream topping.
Chill Tart till ready to serve.
