Cook the rice per manufactures instruction, but add a ½ can of the tomato sauce.
Cook the pasta per manufactures instructions, but add remaining tomato sauce.
Once rice and pasta is cooked, let it cool.
You will need a 9x13 pan that is fairly deep.
Chop the onion and green pepper very fine, use a mini chopper or food processor.
Shred the Gouda cheese and Monterey jack cheese.
Measure out your spices and mix in small bowl.
Take the rice and pasta and add to your 9x13 pan and mix together.
Then add spices and mix.
Add the black beans, onions, green pepper.
Mix in the Gouda cheese and top with the Monterey jack cheese.
Then you can put rice/pasta dish into the oven just to melt the cheese, around 375 degrees.
