Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 ¼ Cup Half n Half
- ⅔ Cup Canned Milk
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Whipping Cream
- ¼ Cup Quality Unsweetened Cocoa
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 to 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Bag Chocolate Chips Optional
- 1 Bag Andie Mint Chips Optional
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds.
- Then pour mixture into vessel for storage.
- The mixture must be stored in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- Once time has past freeze mixture in ice cream maker, per your makers instructions. This mixture makes about 1 quart of ice cream.
