Cream Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 ¼ Cup Half n Half
- ⅔ Cup Evaporated Milk
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- ½ Cup Heave Whipping Cream
- ½ Can Condense Sweeten Milk
- ½ Package Cream Cheese
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 ¼ tsp Vanilla
Instructions
- Heat the cream cheese in microwave to slightly soften, 30-40 seconds.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds.
- Then pour mixture into vessel for storage.
- After refrigerating the mixture, you can than start the freezing process in your ice cream maker per maker’s instructions.
- This mixture makes about 1 quart of ice cream.
