Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ¼ Cup Half n Half
  • Cup Evaporated Milk
  • Cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ Cup Heave Whipping Cream
  • ½ Can Condense Sweeten Milk
  • ½ Package Cream Cheese
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 ¼ tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Heat the cream cheese in microwave to slightly soften, 30-40 seconds. 
  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds. 
  • Then pour mixture into vessel for storage.
  • After refrigerating the mixture, you can than start the freezing process in your ice cream maker per maker’s instructions.
  • This mixture makes about 1 quart of ice cream.
