Root Beer Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 ¼ Cup Half n Half
  • Cup Canned Milk
  • Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • ½ Cup Whipping Cream
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 5-6 Drops Drops of Root Beer Flavoring

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds.
  • Then pour mixture into vessel for storage.
  • The mixture must be stored in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  • Once time has past freeze mixture in ice cream maker, per your makers instructions. This mixture makes about 1 quart of ice cream.
  • Other Notes: This ice cream make an excellent root beer float ice cream
