Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 ¼ Cup Half n Half
- ⅔ Cup Canned Milk
- ⅓ Cup Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ Cup Whipping Cream
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 6-10 Drops Mint Extract to taste
- 4 Drops Drops of Green Food Coloring
- ½ Bag Dark Chocolate Chips Small Chips
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds.
- Then pour mixture into vessel for storage.
- The mixture must be stored in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
- Once time has past freeze mixture in ice cream maker, per your makers instructions.
- When mixture is nearly frozed add the chocolate chips. This mixture makes about 1 quart of ice cream.
