Easy Veggie Stew

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs Beef Cubed and Uncooked
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 1 Can Peas
  • 1 Can Green Beans Chopped
  • 1 Can Potatoes Diced
  • 1 Can Tomato Sause
  • 1 Sweet Onion Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Basil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients into good size Soup pot and cook.
  • Needs to come to a boil, while stirring often, to make sure soup does not burn on bottom of pan.
  • Then taken to a low simmer for about 40 minutes to an hour while stirring occasionally.
  • Put soup into bowl and enjoy.
